I then connected one connector at a time and found that a 3 wire connection seems to cause the circuit to trip, when this is left disconnected all is good. I disconnected all connectors from the power card with the exception with the incoming active and natural, I then turned on the power and the circuit didn't trip. The mains power input goes from the noise filter to the power card, removed the card and from what I can see there is nothing visibly wrong with the card, burn marks etc. I read online that someone with a similar issue found the noise filter was faulty, I bypassed this, but the circuit still trips, so reconnected it back. My 9yo Blanco dishwasher immediately trips the RCD/GFCI as soon as it is connected to the power outlet, happens regardless of whether the front power switch on the dishwasher is on or off.
